Made-to-order production

Neoth Designs products are printed to order by third-party production partners. Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Production can take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, stock delays, or quality-control reprints.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after production:
• United States Economy shipping: approximately 4–8 business days.
• United States Standard shipping: approximately 2–5 business days.
• International Standard shipping: approximately 10–30 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Available methods, rates, and current estimates are shown at checkout.

Tracking and split shipments

A tracking email is sent when an order ships. Products may be produced at different facilities, so multi-item orders can arrive in separate packages.

Address changes

Contact Justin@neothdesigns.com immediately if a shipping address is incorrect. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

International orders, duties, and taxes

International orders may ship from a production facility in another country. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Delays, loss, or damage

Carrier scans and delivery estimates can be delayed. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or an order appears lost, contact us with the order number. For a damaged or incorrect item, follow the Return and Refund Policy.
